Rare 18th century spice chest scoop in untouched dark painted surface. We have sold many early spice chests over the years, but this is the first real spice scoop we have come across. Ex Smitty Axtell collection. Just a wonderful small Americana treenware piece with provenance. Measures just 5 ½" high with no cracks or issues.
